Kendra Albert is a Lecturer on Law and Clinical Instructional Fellow at Harvard Law School, where they teach in the Cyberlaw Clinic. Previously, they were an associate at Zeitgeist Law PC, a boutique technology law firm in San Francisco, and a research associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.

They hold a JD cum laude from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree in lighting design and history from Carnegie Mellon University. Their equity and inclusion work has included giving out $100,000 to transgender folks for documentation changes, running workshops on ally skills in illegal warehouses and large technology companies, and serving as a code of conduct enforcement committee member for a major feminist hackerspace.
