The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) protects the people of Massachusetts, workers, and visitors from discriminatory treatment based on your membership in a protected class, such as race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, and more. They investigate Complaints of Discrimination that occur in the workplace, housing, public places, access to education, lending, and credit.
