Under Massachusetts state law, conversations with a “priest, rabbi or ordained or licensed minister of any church, or an accredited Christian Science practitioner” are privileged, meaning that they are prohibited from disclosing what you have shared with them, even in a legal proceeding, unless you give them permission.
